Log in Help

Instructions and Definitions. Type in your user ID and password in the boxes provided.

• Grantee/State user IDs and passwords are assigned by the DCTAT administrator.
• Subgrantee user IDs and passwords are assigned by the grantor.
• A user (Grantee/State or subgrantee level) should use the same user ID and password for all of its OJJDP subgrant/grant awards.
• If you forget your user ID or password, or have trouble signing in, contact DCTAT Tech Support or your grantor.
• User IDs and passwords are not case sensitive. It does not matter if you capitalize the letters in your user ID or password.

Description of Screen Buttons.

Log in. After entering your user ID and password, either hit the ENTER key on your keyboard, or click the "Log in" button on the screen.

• If this is the first time you (or someone else at your subgrantee agency) have logged in, the next step is completing your Profile.
• If you (or someone else) has already completed your profile, you will go to the Grant Program Selection screen.
